1. General Refund Policy
PureView AI is a digital product that provides immediate access upon purchase.
Because of this, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds except in specific situations outlined below.
This is standard for browser extensions and SaaS billed through paddle.
2. Eligible Refund Situations
We may issue a refund only under the following conditions:
2.1. Duplicate Purchase
If you were charged twice for the same subscription, we will refund the duplicate payment.
2.2. Payment Processing Error
If paddle or your bank accidentally charges you due to a technical issue.
2.3. Failure to Access Premium Features
If you subscribed but cannot access premium features and support cannot resolve the issue within 7 days, you are eligible for a full refund.
3. Non-Eligible Refund Situations
Refunds are not provided for cases such as:
Changing your mind
Forgetting to cancel your subscription
Lack of usage (“I didn’t use it”)
Personal dissatisfaction without a technical issue
Attempting to bypass protection locks or misuse the extension
Issues caused by browser updates outside our control
4. Subscription Renewals
Premium subscriptions may renew automatically depending on your plan.
It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you no longer want the service.
We cannot refund renewal payments made before cancellation.
